Priority Services Terms & Conditions

  1. Customers are required to submit sales invoices to Fun Rewards within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Program period is 1 October 2017 to 31 December 2018. From 2019 onwards, program period will be every 1 January to 31 December. 
  3. During the program period, customers can 
    1. Enjoy max.1 year Priority Services upon reaching HK$10,000 net spending or above in a single or multiple transactions. OR
    2. Enjoy max. 2 years Priority Services upon reaching HK$20,000 net spending or above in a single transaction. 
  4. Spending during the valid membership period will not be calculated. Upon the Priority Services number’s expiration, customers must re-accumulate the spending amount and get new Priority Services number to enjoy the privileges.
  5. Service year cannot be accumulated. 
  6. Customers are required to submit an invoice to Fun Rewards within 30 days of purchase with correct information input. Customers must provide all required information and document. Submission record with incorrect data input or missing invoice will be disqualified without priority notice. The actual spending may be different from Fun Rewards page due to incorrect data input or missing invoice.  Fuji Xerox (Hong Kong) will determine the final amount after verifying submission details.
  7. Customers can accumulate spending amount upon purchase of DocuCentre S2320/S2520/SC2020、DocuPrint 300 or above series printer/multifunction printer、Phaser series printer、DocuMate series scanner and software, accessories, and consumables. Service charge including delivery, installation or warranty will not be calculated. 
  8. Not all Fuji Xerox products are eligible for this program. For more details, please refer to the eligible model list on the bottom of this page.
  9. This program is only applicable to Hong Kong customers.  All priority services will be provided in Hong Kong area only.
  10. Fuji Xerox Priority Services number may not be borrowed.  If there is any rule-breaking situation, Fuji Xerox will disqualify the Priority Service number without priority notice.
  11. Fuji Xerox Priority Service customers must clearly provide the Priority Service number when calling the service hotline. Member who fails to provide the membership number will not be able to enjoy priority service.
